Walden on Lake Conroe was developed to be a prestigious community on Lake Conroe. It was planned for approximately 5,200 dwellings, consisting of single-family homes, town houses, patio homes and condominiums. Virtually all home sites are owned by individuals and builders, with approximately 100 lots remaining undeveloped. Approximately 100 homes are constructed each year.
