Summary of the Board of Trustee's Annual Meeting March 21, 2013
 
Finance Committee – Ore Davis presented the Finance Committee report, reporting February monthly figures were ahead of budget and ahead of 2012, with year to date figures better than budget and slightly worse than 2012. The Committee recommended and the Board approved the re-plastering of the Yacht Club main pool and saltwater pool.
Golf Cart Policy – Walden has had an informal golf cart policy ever since the law was changed to allow golf carts on the public streets in a master planned community.
